This week Apostle Graham Preached continued in the power packed series "Bloodlines".
Quick Review:
It’s so important that we understand: It’s one thing to know where the battle is, but it another thing to win. We can’t succeed if we just know where the battle is. It doesn’t matter how we fight if were not fighting to win. Some of us are spending time fighting the wrong battles. When our lives are not aligned with Christ we lose our identity but once we move back into alignment we’ll be able to pray, read, and fellowship with the saints on a spiritual level. We must be in alignment to fight the battle.
1.) The first thing we need to understand is our position. Our position is in Christ. Our condition, he deals with later but most of us want to deal with our condition and then we try to get into position. We can’t walk this way because the Word of God says we’ve been justified by faith and when we are justified by faith immediately we are positioned. We have been put in position because we accepted Jesus as Lord and we’ve been given Faith. Faith says we don’t look at our condition we look at our position. Justification positions us in a place of power.
2.) We have already been chosen because we are in Christ and God chose Christ for himself. God knew we were going to be messed up, he knew we were full of sin and that’s why he extended mercy. We are so busy condemning ourselves that we miss the mercy he has given us to grow. God understands that what took us thirty or forty years to get into won’t take us one day to get out of. There is a spirit of condemnation that has been put on the church by the tradition of men and we must break it. We can’t look at ourselves as no good but we must believe that God is Good. Where we have messed up mercy is there all we have to do is try again. God hears us and God is with us. Gods mercy is at work for us.
Scripture Review:
2 Corinthians 10:4-5
Romans 12:1-2
Matthew 13:24
Key Words:
Justified: to judge, regard, or treat as righteous and worthy of salvation
Position: the place where someone should be: to put someone in a particular position
Condemnation: a statement or expression of very strong and definite criticism or disapproval
THINK ABOUT THIS...
Some question’s we must ask ourselves now:
What do I look at more, my position or my condition?
The Word of God reveals to us who we are in Christ. We can no longer see ourselves as the enemy wants us to see ourselves. He wants us to think defeat but God has said NOT SO! We have already been given victory, we are already delivered, we are already blessed because that is the position Jesus has placed us in. Here is the key…we must begin to speak our way out using the Word of God and Faith. We must trust God and know that his mercy is there for us. Don’t doubt yourself any more but know.……….
Jesus has already positioned YOU to win!
